Production Line for Lead Wire Cladding and Extruding

The complete set of equipment for wire cladding and extruding production line mainly consists of one set of φ 50 extruder and one set of φ 70 extruder, the production line continuously and automatically completes processes of metal wire laying, rubber material heating, metal wire cladding, taking up and coiling. It produces various types of cables such as lead wires and cables of electronic detonators. The production line is suitable for soft materials such as PVC, SR-PVC, PE, PP, etc., with a production capacity of ≥ 20000 meters/h.
