Intelligent Assembly Production Line for Nonel Detonators
The intelligent assembly production line for nonel detonators continuously and automatically completes the automatic discharging, cutting, tail sealing and labeling of 10 detonating tubes, automatic distribution of basic detonators, insertion of rubber plugs, opening and middle chucking and assembly, tube winding and bundling of 10 nonel detonators. Online detection, data collection, and analysis systems for realizing linkage and safe interlocking functions, equipment fault self diagnosis functions, among others, are available to achieve intelligent and few-people or unmanned production of detonating tubes.
This production line has realized human-machine isolation, making it suitable for the automated production of 3-9m detonating tubes, with a production capacity of ≥ 2200 rounds/h and a pass rate of ≥ 99.99% for mouth and waist clamping.

    Continuous, Automated, and Intelligent Production
    Compared with traditional manual-dominated/machine-assisted production and semi-automated unit equipment for partial processes in the market, this project adopts mechatronics, automation, and information technology to develop integrated automated equipment, achieving full-process automation for subsequent processing and finished assembly of nonel detonators and base detonators, with combined laser coding capability, significantly enhancing production efficiency and safety.
    High Information Technology and Intelligence Level
    The production line features intelligent functions including: online defect detection and rejection, real-time recording of lead wire meterage from unwinding machines, real-time monitoring of equipment operation status/product specifications/production volume/pass rate with automatic data transmission to management. It also supports finished product quality traceability, fault self-diagnosis, maintenance alerts, and wearing parts replacement reminders, enabling digital/intelligent manufacturing of industrial detonators. Direct integration with MES systems facilitates effective production plan execution and resource optimization, providing robust technical support for building digital factories.
    Multiple Quality Assurance Measures
    Visual recognition technology, electrical testing, and quality traceability systems are used in the production line to ensure reliability of each detonating cord detonator, achieving refined quality control and rapid traceability.
    Intelligent Processing in Multi-Nonel Detonators
    The production line enables simultaneous reprocessing of multiple nonel detonators , precise filling of rubber plugs and base detonators, accurate insertion of rubber plugs and detonating cords, multi-position middle chucking, consistent opening chucking dimension control, and opening chucking quality inspection.
