Automated Production Line for Boosters
The production line continuously and automatically completes processes of core mold loosening, unloading of feeder and feeder powder, core mold removing, cover labeling, bagging and packing, placing instructions, box sealing, and packaging. It can automatically detect and prompt fault (the system's built-in voice chip can quickly report the fault point), and items to be checked before starting up.

The production line is fit for the production of products of different specifications, with a production capacity of ≥ 1000 rounds/h. The system automatically records data such as startup/shutdown time, product specification, production volume, and pass rate.

    Equipped with advanced intelligent control systems, the line achieves full-line automated interlocking and intelligent control of critical positions. Non-stationary operators are assigned to specialized roles to reduce operational risks. Control room personnel can remotely monitor the production process via computer systems, promptly identifying and addressing anomalies to maintain stable running of the production line.
    Human-Machine Separation Operation
    Key processes implement human-machine separation to prevent direct contact between personnel and hazardous materials, enhancing inherent safety of production line. This design also reduces labor intensity of the operator and improves working conditions.
    Strict Quality Management System
    The production line incorporates a rigorous quality management system featuring advanced vision inspection systems that precisely detect defects in top covers,bottom covers, labels, and outer walls of detonators. Non-conforming products are automatically rejected to ensure full compliance with the standards and requirements, guaranteeing product quality and reliability.
