Fully Automatic Assembly Line for Electronic Detonators
The production line consists of wire processing and detonator assembly modules. The wire processing module continuously completes tasks such as wire pay-off, winding, bundling, wire placement, straightening, outer and inner skin stripping, wire splitting, twisting, rubber plug injection molding, junction box assembly, and visual inspection of plug and wire spacing quality. The detonator assembly module continuously handles riveting and welding of core wires and the chip(detonator head), opening chucking , shell coding, junction box cover coding, three-code binding, lead wire continuity (short/open circuit) testing, chip electrical parameter testing, welding and opening chucking visual inspection, and material collection. The modules are interconnected via double-speed chains for continuous automated production, or can be manually fed with pre-processed lead wires for semi-automated operation.

    By integrating lead wire processing and detonator assembly, this line achieves true continuous, automated, and intelligent production of industrial electronic detonators. Compared with existing automated lines requiring manual lead wire placement, it significantly reduces manual operations and boosts production efficiency.

    The line employs visual recognition technology, electrical testing, and quality traceability systems to ensure reliable quality for each digital detonator, enabling precise quality control and rapid traceability.

    Automation and intelligentization reduce costs significantly, requiring only 3 operators and saving nearly ¥1 million annually in labor costs. Automatic lead wire processing lowers detonator costs, adding ¥5 million in annual benefits. Support for online processing of various lead wire specifications minimizes inventory and handling costs while enhancing overall efficiency.
    Reliable Operation
    Integrating lead wire processing and assembly functions, designed workstation equipment is used in the production line independently, and top-tier international components (e.g., SMC/Festo cylinders/valves, Parker explosion-proof servo/stepper motors)are also used, ensuring reliable full-line operation.
